The Bard has his say.

Way back in April, we Kickstarted Green Ember: Helmer in the Dragon Tomb, both the book and the game. If you’re curious about that Kickstarter, we did a short documentary-style podcast called Green Ember Goes Forth! If you dare, listen to the anxiety-saturated lead-up to our Kickstarter launch on SpotifyApple Podcasts, or Audible. It has everything a good story requires: conflict, uncertainty, courageous resolve, and massive amounts of coffee.

Now, at long last, we’re shipping the Kickstarter rewards! Even as I write these words, boxes are winging their way through various parcel-carrying services to happy Kickstarting homes everywhere. Be on the lookout; they’re headed your way!

Speaking of famous endorsements of our game (let’s pretend we were), I have a few to share. You might be surprised at the famous names who are raving about our game! We’re so pleased it’s having a legendary, historical effect across so many decades.

William Shakespeare—My love for this game is an ever fixed mark that looks on tempests and is never shaken!
Franklin Delano Roosevelt—The only thing to fear is boss-level rabbit monsters.
Mark Twain — The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated. Actually, no—they were correct. I fell off the bridge and died, but then respawned. Everything’s fine now.
Robert Frost—Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and I took the one on the left with the barrel full of arrows and the lever. Made all the difference! Thanks.

To those of you who backed the Kickstarter, please accept our heartfelt gratitude. Shepherding a game through from conception to delivery is difficult, uphill work. Your support is a welcome tonic. If you like the game, please give your own endorsement to friends and family. As you can see, you’ll be in good company! We’re trying to spread the word as much as possible.
